This knife is perfect for filleting fish and meat, as it is smooth and can cut clean through fibres without breaking them.

The ZWILLING special formula steel has the perfect ratio of chromium and carbon. the FRIODUR® blade is refined in a special ice-hardening process which gives the filleting knife excellent cutting properties, and makes it flexible and extremely corrosion-resistant.
