The 17cm Robert Welch Signature Deep Santoku Knife has an Asian style extra wide blade for slicing, dicing and chopping. The scalloped blade enables the knife to glide through the most delicate foods with minimum drag. This is Robert Welch's version of the very versatile Chinese chopper. Similarly, it is not designed to use as a cleaver for bones or for frozen foods despite the size of its blade.
Robert Welch cutlery is dishwasher safe, but to keep your cutlery in the best condition, we do recommend hand washing.
