Your delivery

Within 6 weeks of confirming your final order, we'll be in touch to discuss your gifts and organise a delivery date. Once we have sourced all your gifts and they are ready to be sent, you will also receive an email where you can book a delivery date through your account. Any gifts with a long lead time will be sent in a free follow-up delivery. We aim to send all of your gifts in one delivery, however split deliveries are available for a small fee.

Please be aware that if your delivery includes age-restricted items such as knives or alcohol, your delivery driver may ask you for proof of age if you appear under the age of 25.

If you’re not sure which delivery service is right for you contact us and one of the team will be happy to discuss your options.

If no one is at your address to take the delivery we will leave a note to say the gifts have been returned to our premises and you will need to contact us to rearrange. In the case of an unsuccessful delivery due to poor instructions or no answer, we can store the gifts until future attempts are made but costs of storage and insurance may apply. Any subsequent delivery attempts may also incur additional charges.

Your order will be delivered to your door and all that will be left for you to do is get them inside and open all your wonderful gifts. Some large items included in your list may be delivered to you direct from the item’s supplier separately from your Prezola delivery. We will be in touch to request additional details, and to provide further information regarding your large item delivery.

Please note when a gift is being delivered to you direct from our supplier, a delivery charge may have been included in the price. This delivery charge is for UK Mainland delivery addresses - if you would like your gift delivered outside of the UK Mainland, please contact us and we can provide a new delivery quote for you. Please be aware that not every large item can be delivered outside of the UK Mainland.

International delivery

Unfortunately we’re unable to deliver outside of the Mainland European zones detailed above without prior arrangement. Please contact us to discuss deliveries outside of these zones. Find out more about our delivery policy.
