Once all your gifts are ready for delivery you will be asked to book a convenient delivery date through your Account. Once that delivery date has been confirmed we will deliver your gifts. We advise that you choose a delivery date as soon as you are able to and no later than 28 days after we have confirmed to you that the gifts are ready to deliver as popular dates get booked up fast!
We offer a standard delivery service which is available Monday to Friday within Mainland UK and is available to all gift list holders for their first delivery. If you wish to select a more bespoke delivery time slot or a weekend delivery service or your address is Offshore UK or within Mainland Europe you will need to upgrade to one of our Premium Accounts. We aim to send your delivery in one main consignment. We are however happy for you to choose a split delivery of your gifts but any subsequent deliveries will be charged for.
You as the gift list holder will be responsible for the payment of any delivery charges which will be due on confirmation of your delivery slot.
You must be available to accept delivery of your gifts on the agreed delivery date. If you fail to take delivery of the gifts or if you fail to give us adequate delivery instructions (otherwise than by reason of any cause beyond your reasonable control or by reason of our fault) then, without limiting any other right or remedy which may be available to us, we may store the gifts until actual delivery and charge you for the reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage. Any subsequent delivery attempts will incur additional charges, as outlined in our delivery charges.
Delivery will be completed when we deliver the gifts to the address you gave us.
If no one is available at your address to take delivery, we will leave you a note that the gifts have been returned to our premises, in which case, please contact us to rearrange delivery.
The gifts will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.
Any large items included in your gift list will be identified as such and will be delivered to you direct from the supplier(s) from whom we order them.
We aim to deliver your gifts within 28 days of you finalising your list. If your gifts have not been received within this time and you have not chosen gifts with longer lead times, the status of your delivery will be updated on your Account to overdue and we will liaise with you to offer alternative options.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to addresses outside the UK without prior arrangement. Please contact us directly to discuss this and the charges that would apply.
