If our Personal Shoppers cant source an item for you, you can create your own bespoke cash gift. You can add your own description, price and image and it will be added to your list instantly.
Please note that we don't buy or deliver these gifts to you. Once bespoke gifts have been purchased by your guests, the cash amount will be transferred to your bank account upon request.
Our honeymoon fund is designed to be different from the rest, and a little more discreet. There are no ties to any tour operators and the cash is yours to do with as you wish.

We list over 100 of the UK's leading charities, you can add these to your list by clicking the ‘add to list’ button, or you can create your own bespoke charity donations by creating a cash gift.
You can keep track of all donations in ‘My Account’ and decide when to transfer them to your own bank account. You will then need to make the donation to your charity personally and (if you're a UK taxpayer) the charity will benefit from Gift Aid.

Prezola does not accept any responsibility for carrying out any promise made by a guest. A Social Gift is simply a written intention between two parties using the Prezola service and has no legal entitlement by either party.
Creating a wedding gift list is great fun, but with so much choice on Prezola you need to leave yourself plenty of time.
Start browsing as early as you like but bear in mind that product ranges might change. If you're not sure what to add to your list, our Personal Shoppers are on hand to help.
We recommend making your list visible before you send your invitations out, which is usually 10-12 weeks before the wedding date. Of course, you can add to your list or remove unpurchased items at any time, even after the list has been made public.
We recommend at least one gift per guest to provide plenty of choice. It’s also important to include lots of different priced gifts to cater for everyone's budget. If you're not sure where to start we’ve got a handy gift list calculator that will advise you based on your list type, house size and number of wedding guests. You can find it in your Control Panel.
We recommend opening your list when you send out your invitations and keep it open a week or so after the wedding for any late-buyers
The 'List visible/List hidden' toggle in your control panel allows you to show or hide your list. Guests can only view your list once you have shared your unique list number with them, or they can search by name if this has been enabled in your control panel. Guests can also register their email address to be notified as soon as your list is open and you will get an email to let you know who’s trying to access your list.
Friends and family access your gift list online at Prezola with your unique gift list number. This will be emailed to you when you register and is also available in your control panel home page.
You can also link guests directly to your gift list with your unique URL, which is also in your control panel. If you're emailing invitations or hosting your own wedding website this will take guests directly to your list.
Guests can also find your list by searching your names and wedding date.

Every time a guest purchases a gift from your list, you will be notified by email. You can also sign in to your account and go to the ‘View My Gifts’ tab in the Control Panel. You'll see the status of all your gifts and can also download a PDF or CSV of purchases at any time.
You can read messages from family and friends in the Control Panel at any time and we'll send you a final checklist of your gifts, including details of each purchaser and their message with your delivery. You can also download a PDF or CSV under ‘View my gifts’.
Click on ‘My Gift List’ and click the ‘Edit list’ button in the bottom right corner. Icons will appear next to all of your gifts including an icon with four arrows. Click and hold this icon, dragging it to the position where you want the gift to show.
Click ‘My Gift List’ and click the ‘Edit list’ button in the bottom right corner. Icons will appear next to all of your gifts including a pencil icon. Click the icon and a box will show at the bottom of the product description for typing in a message for guests.
Once finished, click on the 'Save' button at the bottom and guests will be able to view your message when browsing your list.
Click ‘My Gift List’ and click the ‘Edit list’ button in the bottom right corner. Icons will appear next to all of your gifts including a bin icon. Click this to remove any gift you no longer want and it will be removed so guests will no longer be able to see them.
You can’t remove gifts that have already been purchased.
Click ‘My Gift List’ and click the ‘Edit list’ button in the bottom right corner. Click the camera icon either next to your profile picture or on the top left corner of your cover photo to upload a new image. Images must be in a JPEG or PNG format. Don’t forget to press Save and then exit edit mode by clicking ‘View list’ in the bottom right corner to see how it all looks.
For best results use an image sized 1920px x 600px, other sizes will be cropped/scaled to fit. Please be aware that the head image will display differently depending on the device being used.
Click ‘My Gift List’ and click the ‘Edit list’ button in the bottom right corner. A pencil icon will appear next to your wedding date which opens a pop-up box. Simply untick the box that says ‘Show your wedding date on your gift list’ and hit Save.
If you'd like to save gifts before adding them to your gift list, click the heart on a gift to add it to your favourites. The heart will turn pink and your gifts will be added to your Favourites, found at the top of your screen. To remove from your favourites, simply click the heart again and it will turn clear.
No. Guests can only see gifts that are on your gift list. Your favourites are a private collection of gifts only you can see.
We will keep you fully updated with the status of all your gifts, however, occasionally a retailer may not be able to fulfil an order we place.
If this occurs, once you’ve confirmed your gift, you will receive an email to let you know and to give you options on what to do next.
To make luxury items more affordable, we offer a group gifting service that means multiple guests can contribute an amount of their choice towards an item on your gift list. For example, a £500 armchair can be purchased by 10 different guests contributing any amount.
Please note this is not available on cash/honeymoon gifts.
Any physical gift over £80 is eligible for group gifting. Simply click ‘View Details’, ‘Add to list’ on the gift you have chosen and select the group gifting option before clicking 'Save'.
If a gift hasn't been 100% fulfilled, you will be gifted the pledged amount as Prezola credit to spend on any physical item on site. Alternatively, you can purchase the remaining amount yourself with Prezola credit (if accrued) or by regular payment methods.
You can exchange your gifts by logging into your account, viewing your purchased gifts and clicking 'exchange' next to the item(s) you no longer wish to receive. The price of the gift will be exchanged to Prezola credit and you can spend this on any item listed on site with Prezola. Please note, you are not able to exchange products and/or Prezola gift vouchers to cash contributions, charity donations or honeymoon funds as per our terms and conditions.
You can buy absolutely any gift from your list and any item listed with Prezola.
We don't charge guests for delivery and we send all of your gifts to you after the wedding with free standard weekday delivery if you live in the UK (including Channel Islands and NI) and the Republic of Ireland.
We also offer Saturday and Mainland Europe delivery for a small fee.

Once you’re married, a ‘Get Ready for Delivery" button will appear in your control panel. This will guide you through the steps to confirm your gifts, spend any credit and book a cash transfer. We'll then order all your gifts to Prezola which takes around 6 weeks, once they've all arrived, we'll be in touch to arrange delivery to you.
If you have any gifts that require direct delivery, our Customer Service team will be in touch to arrange this separately.
Please be aware that if your delivery includes age-restricted items such as knives or alcohol, your delivery driver may ask you for proof of age if you appear under the age of 25.
If you would like to return a gift we ask that you notify use within 7 days from delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging within 28 days at your own expense.
Our Customer Services team is on hand to help with any returns.
Our delivery to you is fully insured, so in the unlikely event that something is damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Services team with a photograph of the item within seven days so we can arrange a replacement.
Should we need the item to be returned to us, we will provide you with a prepaid returns label.
Should an item supplied by one of our brand partners be faulty, please contact us via the Contact tab within My Account within seven days of delivery and we will work with the retailer to resolve the issue for you.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and fully protected for transport, we therefore recommend keeping the delivery box.
We recommend you register any electrical goods with the manufacturer as soon as you receive them in order to activate your warranty. The warranty card will always be included in the product packaging.
Should an electrical appliance be faulty we are able to arrange an exchange if the item has not been used, is in its original packaging and is reported within 7 days of delivery.
Electrical goods that develop a fault outside of this period are still fully covered, but directly under the manufacturer's warranty and not through Prezola.

If you see the message 'This list is currently unavailable to view' when searching for a couple's list this means the couple's list is not yet open for guests. If you click the button below that says ‘Notify me when this list is available’ we will send you an email as soon as the couple send their list live.

Find the couples list by either searching their names and wedding date or list number. Click on any item to view more information. If you like the gift and would like to buy it, click 'Add to Basket'. If you'd like to add another gift you can 'Return to list', but if you're ready you can go straight to checkout by clicking on the basket icon in the top right-hand corner.
For a small charge we can wrap your gifts in luxury silver gift wrap and a white ribbon, plus we can print your gift message onto a specially-designed gift card.
We'll ask for your details and a personalised gift message before paying with our secure online checkout.
Gifts will be delivered directly to the couple after the wedding and cash contributions transferred to them whenever they choose.
We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Debit, Maestro plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also accept all international payments for guests buying from abroad. All transactions are processed in GBP only. We do not currently accept PayPal.
The couple carefully choose each gift so every item is special to them. If you can’t find anything you like or there isn’t anything in your price range, get in touch and we can discreetly alert the couple to add more gifts to their list.
Rather than physical gifts, some couples ask for cash gifts. This just means they would like a contribution to help them save towards things like a house deposit, house renovations or a honeymoon fund.
Prezola gift vouchers are available if the couple have these on their gift list. They can be redeemed against any product on site, giving the couple complete flexibility. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid for 12 months.
You can write a message with your gift free of charge, the couple will be able to view it in their online account. During checkout, you will also have the option to purchase a personal gift card that will be delivered to the couple after the wedding.
The couple will receive a notification email to tell them they have been bought a gift. They can then log into their account and see what has been bought, who has bought it and the personalised message left at checkout.

We don't deliver gifts to guests, all gifts will be delivered directly to the couple on a date they choose after the wedding. We offer free standard weekday delivery for gifts sent within the UK (including Channel Islands and NI) and the Republic of Ireland.
You are able to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your order confirmation email, providing the couple have not locked in the gift. At the point the couple lock in their gift the order is secured and you will not be able to cancel your order.
