Warehouse Admin Assistant

Location: Delivery Centre, Westbury

Line Manager: Warehouse Manager  

Contract Type: 9 month contract, maternity cover

About the role

- Accurate consigning of all outbound deliveries 

- Ensure all deliveries are dispatched both physically, and on the system, as and when required in conjunction with the outbound team leader

- Ensure warehouse systems are updated accurately and in a timely manner

- Ensure lowest possible delivery costs liaising with courier service

- Ensure day to day filing is accurate and up to date 

- Provide concise and accurate information to all internal departments where necessary

- Ensure all marketing material stock is maintained at required levels, being mindful of changing trends and seasons

- Assist with sending of marketing, and other, fulfilment items

- Provide admin support to goods in and outbound team leaders

- Complete all required printing jobs at the warehouse

- Provide holiday cover for other warehouse team members 

- Ensure a safe working environment at all times reporting hazards and rectifying them where possible

- Ensure all accidents and near misses are reported correctly to line manager

About you

- Administration experience working with many different systems 

- Experience in a delivery centre/warehouse environment (desirable)

- Computer literate (Microsoft, Google Drive and other packages)

- Good communication skills, both oral and written

- Position required 5 days a week but short time (minimum 20 hours per week) working would be considered for the correct candidate

Warehouse Operative

About the role

The role of Delivery Centre Assistant is to assist in the picking, wrapping and un/packing of wedding consignments, ready for storage and delivery to clients. Safe transit of products, quality control and remaining “on brand” are vital.

Duties & Responsibilities

Unpacking: Ensure that all products of each consignment are present and correct according to the delivery manifest.

Quality Control: Re-check that all products, including packaging are undamaged and ready for onward delivery to clients.

Gift Wrapping: Hand gift wrap all products where gift wrap has been ordered, in line with the appropriate brand guidelines.

Product Protection: Ensure that all products are fully prepared for safe transit with the minimum possible risk of damage during the delivery process.

Packing: Pack complete consignments with a view to safe onward transit, ensuring inclusion of exit packs and any additional information to be passed on to the recipient.

Clean & Safe Environment: Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the working areas.

Teamwork: As an active member of the Delivery Centre you may be required to assist in any other activities as required, including product check-in, product storage, warehouse maintenance and other support tasks.

Product Data Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic team-member to join Prezola and help maintain our stock and pricing database.

As a Product Data Administrator, you’ll be part of the busy Procurement Team within the Operations area. This team is in charge of ordering gifts purchased on site. Your role will be integral within the business, as it will make sure Prezola’s website is kept up-to-date and accurate with regards to stock availability and pricing. You will be working with the Procurement Team in order to keep product availability on our website as up-to-date and accurate as possible.

You will have a keen eye for detail and good Excel skills, with past experience of data entry and using Microsoft Office.

Duties & Responsibilities

Use supplier reports & Excel to maintain accurate stock availability on Prezola’s website.

Manual Updates

Use our suppliers’ trade or retail websites to maintain accurate stock availability on Prezola’s

Pricing Updates

Work with the Senior Buyer to make sure RRP & wholesale pricing is accurate.


The site as a whole must be well maintained and offer consistency for our happy couples. The Procurement Team must work together with other departments within the business to deliver a seamless end product.

Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

This is a newly created role with the sole focus on leading our online marketing channels and driving revenue growth. We are looking for a dedicated digital specialist to help drive the strategy and run the day to day digital marketing activity. Numerical by nature, you will be highly literate in digital marketing and business metrics. You will be able to approach planning from a strategic level and also be able to roll your sleeves up and get busy.You will be a specialist in acquisition and retention marketing with an analytical mind and a passion for growing audiences through targeted cross channel campaigns. You will be passionate about digital with a proven record of delivering results through Search, Display and eCRM.


- Own and operate all digital marketing channels for all brands within the Prezola group.

- Create a calendar of direct response campaigns to support the peaks in the wedding market in order to maximise response rates from couples planning their wedding.

- Drive each channel to peak performance by setting and optimising KPI’s that reflect the ambition of our growth plans.

- Manage 3rd party agencies to ensure we get value and growth from all activity.

- Work collaboratively with the Brand Manager to create compelling brand stories to feature in our marketing that encourage couples to create and actively use a Prezola Wedding Gift List.

Customer Services Executive

About the role
Prezola is looking for a member to join our expanding Customer Service team. You will be providing support and assistance to all of Prezola's customers to ensure that we provide exceptional customer service with all enquiries. You will need to work well within a team, be comfortable liaising with other departments, be confident in decision-making under pressure and sharing occasional difficult news to customers.


Call centre support - Our telephone lines are open from 9.30am to 8.00pm, Monday to Friday. Occasionally you will need to work from home to cover the phones from 5pm - 8pm.

Email enquiries - You will be allocated a number of customer accounts each day, which need to be managed and resolved in a timely manner.

Live web chat
- Respond to queries on our online live chat service during office hours, and resolve in a timely manner. Weekend cover is occasionally required between 11am - 7pm and future additional support may be needed outside of these hours.

Guest enquiries
- Assist with all customer enquiries buying from a gift list, including payment failures, phone transactions and general queries. You will also need to explain our products and how the service works to help guests understand the gift list.

Account management
- Manage a number of accounts, giving support to couples from closure of their gift list, through to final product selection, delivery and beyond. Attend to customer needs and keep in contact with them from the start of an issue until its resolution. Maintaining customer satisfaction is very important where possible, whilst being aware of company profitability.

Delivery damages
- Oversee any reported delivery damages and liaise with other departments and the couple, until replacements are ready for delivery.

Delivery queries -
Liaise with the Delivery Centre and external courier services to resolve any queries during the delivery process, including late and missing consignments.

Internal liaison
- Work with the Product team and Delivery Centre to resolve any post-delivery queries quickly and efficiently. These may include exchanges, returns and replacements for products damaged or lost in transit.

Dispute resolution
- Professionally deal with any disputes, balancing customer satisfaction with company profitability. Bringing each account to a satisfactory conclusion is very important, without any outstanding queries.

- Great communication skills, both oral and written
