Yes, you can absolutely continue to build your gift list with us. With our fantastic website and unique gift options, creating your dream list couldn't be easier. The best part is, you can do it all without leaving the comfort of your sofa.

Yes, you can still lock in your gifts, spend credit and confirm your list. Please note, we are currently experiencing delays to our usual lead time of 4-6 weeks and your gifts are more likely to arrive in 8-12 weeks from the date you confirmed them. Rest assured our team is working hard together with our wonderful suppliers to get orders fulfilled as quickly as possible.

We've been navigating disrupted supply chains and order processing delays which unfortunately have impacted our normal estimated delivery time. We usually aim to have your gifts with you between 4-6 weeks. The issues we have highlighted now mean that your gifts are more likely to arrive in 8-12 weeks from the date you confirmed them. We know this falls short of your expectations for Prezola and for that we are truly sorry. Rest assured, our team is working tirelessly together with our suppliers to get orders fulfilled and sent to you as quickly as possible. You will receive an update via email on the progress of your order around 6 weeks after you finalised your gifts. If there are still some gifts due to come into our warehouse we can and can arrange a complimentary split delivery for any items that are ready at this stage.

During this time gifts unfortunately can go out of stock for various different reasons which can make it difficult to provide an exact back-in-stock date. As we work very closely with our suppliers, we are usually able to provide you with an estimated date if you would like to wait for the item, or we can help to find you options for a suitable alternative.

In order to offer our couples full flexibility to be able to swap gifts right up until the finalisation stage, we work with our suppliers on an allocation basis. With the ongoing global supply chain issues, some brands have prioritised their own stock which means it may be available via their websites whilst we are still waiting on our allocations. Please rest assured, we are doing everything we can to work with our suppliers in order to get your gifts into our warehouse and sent out to you as quickly as possible.

Once you've finalised your gift list, our team will be working closely with our suppliers to complete your order. Due to the current disruption to supply chains, our expected delivery lead time is around 8-12 weeks. We will send you an email update on your order when we are nearing the end of this time. Our automated order update email includes a list of gifts that are on order to our warehouse and have not yet been delivered to you. If you can't see one of your gifts listed in this email, please don't worry. There are a few reasons this can happen. The gift may be a direct delivery item, which means it will be sent to you directly from the supplier. It may be a voucher, which means we will email it to you. Or it may have already been sent in a previous delivery. Rest assured, we're keeping track and are working as quickly as possible to get all your gifts to you.

Yes, you can still book your delivery within your control panel. Once you've confirmed a date we will package up your order and get all your lovely gifts sent out to you.

Our courier partners have received extensive communication on the importance of hygiene protocol and are taking all relevant precautions. As always, our courier will be operating a ‘to door’ delivery meaning there is no need for them to enter your home.

Once you have selected your delivery day, we will request this with our courier partner. Our deliveries are made by Parcelforce, the UK’s largest courier network and they will provide you with full tracking details via text the morning of your delivery.

All guest contributions towards cash or honeymoon funds are 100% secure. All monies are securely held in a separate ring-fenced trust account, which means your funds are completely safe and protected at all times.

If your guests have already started purchasing gifts, their money is 100% safe in a separate ring-fenced trust account. Any locked gifts that have already arrived with us will be stored securely until your delivery date.

You can simply put a placeholder future date in for now so that you keep all of the hard work you have put into building your gift list. To do this please go to ‘list settings’ and you'll be able to change your date in the 'wedding date' section near the top of the page.

We have adapted our service to allow you to update your gift list details easily via your online account. You can change the date as and when you need to, this can be completed via the list setting section of your gift list. Our customer service team is on hand if you would like any help.

We are so sorry to hear you are having to cancel your wedding. In order to keep all the hard work you have put into building your wedding list, we recommend putting a temporary future date against your wedding list rather than cancelling it. This will allow you to still have access to your list and update it should you set an alternative date for your wedding.

The gift you have chosen to purchase remains fully flexible for the couple until they have locked the item ahead of delivery. If the item is locked and has already arrived it will be stored safely for the couple.
