It’s all about the badges. You’ll start on our ‘Enthusiast’ tier where you’ll unlock your first perk just by registering for an account. Then, once you’ve collected 5 badges you’ll jump up to our ‘Devotee’ tier where you’ll unlock 2 more perks. The third and final tier ‘Connoisseur’ requires 10 badges to unlock and you’ll have access to all five perks.

As soon as you register for an account you’ll be automatically enrolled in our Prezola Perks programme. Your ‘My perks’ dashboard is the hub for all things perks. In there you’ll be able to see a list of all available and completed badges.

Under the ‘Completed badges’ section in ‘My perks’ you’ll be able to view a list of all the badges you have already earned by clicking the down arrow.

The tier you are on will be displayed at the top of your ‘My perks’ page. You’ll also get a pop up notification to let you know once you have climbed to the next tier as well as an email detailing your perks and how to claim them.

20% PaperGrace discount

If you registered for a Prezola account on or after 7/12/22 you’ll automatically be enrolled in Prezola Perks and unlock your fist perk. Our partner discount is 20% off wedding stationery with our friends at PaperGrace and you’ll get a pop up upon registration that will reveal a link to the code. The discount can be used on first orders only and will need to be used directly with PaperGrace. To redeem your discount head to the PaperGrace site, choose a design from the House Collection and place your order via email. Don’t forget to quote your code when ordering.

Monthly champagne draw

You’ll be automatically entered into our monthly draws where we give away 5 x bottles of our finest bubbles from Moet & Chandon. Winners will be drawn towards the end of each month and we’ll let you know via email if you’re a lucky winner. We’ll then get your bubbles sent out to you so you can celebrate in style.

Quarterly giveaway

As soon as you reach our Devotee tier you’ll be automatically entered into our quarterly draw to win a prize bundle worth over £250. The bundle will be different every quarter and will be made up of some of our most popular wedding gifts from top brands. Winners will be contacted by email so keep your eyes peeled on your inbox.

Saturday delivery

Once you’ve reached our Connoisseur tier you’ll be able to bag yourself a free Saturday delivery. As soon as all your gifts have arrived at our warehouse you’ll be able to book your slot and enjoy your Prezola day together. Some say it’s like Christmas 2.0! Don’t forget you must live in mainland UK to take advantage of this lovely perk.

10% lifetime discount

As soon as you’ve got 10 badges you’ll be on our Connoisseur tier which means you’ll unlock a 10% lifetime discount. There’s nothing you need to do, we like to keep it simple so your discount will be automatically applied at checkout when you make additional purchases on the Prezola site or use your cash fund to buy branded product. Happy shopping! Please note you won’t be able to use your discount on cash funds.

Once you’ve had £300 worth of branded product pledged on your list you’ll be upgraded to a VIP. This means we’ll cover the 2% handling fee on your cash transfer so you’ll have 2% extra funds to spend however you like. You don’t need to be on any particular perks tier to get this reward, as soon as your product pledge reaches £300 you’ll be eligible.
