This page contains the terms and conditions which apply to Prezola Rewards.
1. Prezola Rewards is a scheme operated by Prezola Limited (“Us/We”). Registered office: Prezola House, Woodlands Industrial Estate, Eden Vale Road, Westbury, BA13 3QS. Registered under company number: 07630238.
2. The Prezola Rewards Scheme will only apply to weddings to be held in 2017, subject to the following eligibility criteria:
3. The Prezola Rewards Scheme allows eligible Gift List Holders to receive a £1 reward for every full £10 spent by Gift Purchasers on products for the Gift List Holder as follows:
4. Prezola Rewards will be earned as each product purchase occurs and We will automatically send emails to the eligible Gift List Holder confirming the purchase and the Prezola Rewards that have been earned from that purchase.
5. Any Prezola Rewards earned will be automatically added to the eligible Gift List Holder’s account so they can see the balance but will not be available to spend until the Gift list has been closed.
6. Prezola Rewards can only be earned on products purchased by a Gift Purchaser and cannot be earned on honeymoon contributions, charity donations, cash gifts, gift wrapping service, commemorative gift cards, products purchased by the Gift List Holders or products purchased using a Prezola Gift Voucher.
7. On closure of the Gift list by the Gift List Holder or by Us, the balance of Prezola Rewards earned and available to spend will be shown in the ‘My Account’ section.
8. Prezola Rewards are only redeemable online at www.prezola.com and can only be spent by Gift List Holders for full or part payment of full priced products and cannot be exchanged for cash, used towards their honeymoon fund or as charity donations or to purchase gift wrapping, commemorative gift cards or Prezola Gift Vouchers.
9. Prezola Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer We are promoting, including but not limited to the Happy Couple 10% discount and cannot be transferred to another account.
10. All Prezola Rewards must be spent before the Gift list can be finalised.
11. If products are purchased with Prezola Rewards (in whole or part) and the product is damaged or faulty the Gift List Holder may return the product and We will arrange for a replacement but will not be eligible for a cash refund. If the product is personal in nature and the fault is a misspelling of the personalised information, which is as a result of the Gift List Holder or Gift List Purchasers actions, We will be unable to replace the product.
12. Prezola reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. Please review these terms and conditions prior to purchasing of the products or use of the Prezola Rewards.
