These Terms & conditions are valid for weddings taking place before 1st April 2017 onwards. If your wedding date is after that date, these Terms & Conditions apply.
Prezola enables couples to add any item from over 500 retailers and brands to their wedding gift list, giving them endless choice and ensuring that gifts purchased by friends and family will be truly treasured. We work with most of the UK's leading homeware brands and can assist in dealing with any post-purchase issues that you may have with any of our suppliers.
Our Client Service team is on hand to help with any gift exchanges and we aim to be as flexible as possible.
If you change your mind about a gift purchase made through Prezola you can cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving an order confirmation from us. All gifts are delivered directly to the couple after the wedding and they can exchange any gifts directly with us if they need to.
Gifts are delivered directly to you on your delivery date after the wedding. Delivery is free of charge and you can exchange any item at any time before delivery and up to seven days afterwards. Our Client Services team is always on hand if you need any help with this process.
Our delivery to you is fully insured, and so in the event of something being damaged in transit from Prezola, please let us have a photograph of the item within seven days and we will send a replacement as soon as possible. Should we need the item to be returned to us, we will provide you with a prepaid returns label.

It's important that you register any electrical goods with the manufacturer as soon as possible in order to activate your warranty. The warranty card will always be included in the product packaging.
Should an electrical appliance be faulty, we can arrange an exchange if the item has not been used, is in its original packaging and is reported within seven days of delivery. Electrical goods which develop a fault outside of this period are still fully covered, but directly under the manufacturer's warranty. We're happy to help resolve any warranty issues with any of our suppliers.
If you change your mind about a chosen gift after receiving your delivery, we can exchange it for any product featured on site at Prezola.
Just let us know within seven days of delivery and we can organise the exchange on your behalf.
Unwanted items should be returned in a fully re-saleable condition, unused and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we won't be able to complete the exchange if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are received with us damaged. For this reason we recommend that you use an insured and recorded delivery service, such as Royal Mail.
There are a few products that we won't be able to exchange if you change your mind unfortunately, including anything that’s made to your specific requirement, ie: personalised customisation and perishable products such as food or beverages.
Good news - this gift will be delivered to you directly from the supplier and standard UK delivery is already included in the price.
If your delivery is to Scotland or outside of mainland UK there may be additional charges or restrictions.
