Easy to Refill

Fill the mills with your favorite whole peppercorns or coarse salt by unscrewing the knob on the top and removing the wooden top. The stainless steel collar helps funnel the fill into the mill. Once filled, replace the top and knob.

Adjustable

The knob can also be used to adjust the grind size from fine to coarse. For a finer grind, tighten the knob. This is great for soups and sauces. A coarser grind is great for steaks, simply loosen the knob until you reach your desired setting.
