Adjustable

Use the knob on the top of the mills to adjust the grind from a fine to a coarse setting. Coarse settings are ideal for steak, medium for pizzas and fine for soups and sauces.

Pre-filled

The mills come partially filled with salt and pepper so you can start using from the moment you receive them. Always fill to 3/4 full to allow the contents to move free around the mechanism too allow contents to fall into the blades to grind.

Refilling your Mill:

When you do need to refill, simply unscrew the knob on the top and remove along with the acrylic top. Fill up with your favourite whole peppercorns and coarse sea or rock salt, replace the top and continue to enjoy freshly ground seasoning. The grind can be adjusted from fine to coarse by tightening or loosening the knob on top to best suit your taste.
