Care Instructions: Wash with warm, soapy water before the first use. Season the pan by heating it on medium-low, spreading a teaspoon of vegetable oil, and letting it heat for 2-3 minutes. Over time, your cookware will naturally re-season from the fats in your food. When cooking, use medium or lower heat, as HexClad distributes heat quickly and performs best at these temperatures. For cleaning, hand wash with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. For tougher stains, soak the pan for 10-15 minutes and use a more abrasive sponge like steel wool, but avoid using it on the cooking surface. While the cookware is dishwasher-safe, frequent use may cause dullness or damage from phosphate-free detergents. Temporary staining around the rim or bottom can be easily removed with a stainless steel scouring pad.
