Care Instructions: Wash with warm, soapy water before first use. Season the pan by heating it on medium-low and spreading a teaspoon of vegetable oil around the interior for 2–3 minutes, allowing it to build a natural non-stick surface over time. HexClad’s design distributes heat efficiently, so cooking on medium heat is equivalent to medium-high on other brands—begin with lower temperatures and adjust as needed. For cleaning, hand washing with a soft sponge is recommended, though tougher stains can be tackled with steel wool or Bar Keeper’s Friend. While dishwasher safe, prolonged dishwasher use may cause dulling. To deep clean, soak in warm, soapy water for 10–15 minutes before scrubbing with a soft sponge.
