Care Instructions: After every use, ensure the unit is thoroughly cleaned. Unplug it before cleaning, and wipe the cooker base and control panel with a damp cloth. The pressure lid, cooking pot, silicone ring, rack, and Cook & Crisp™ Plate are dishwasher-safe. The pressure release valve and anti-clog cap should be cleaned with water and dish soap. To clean the crisping lid, wipe it down with a wet cloth or paper towel once the heat shield cools. If there's stuck food residue on the cooking pot, rack, or Cook & Crisp™ Plate, soak them in water before cleaning. Avoid scouring pads, and if necessary, use a non-abrasive cleanser or liquid dish soap with a nylon pad or brush. Make sure all parts air-dry after each use.
