Though Peugeot is most often associated with cars, their iconic spice mills came first. Produced in France since 1874, their pepper mills are made from hardened steel so it can withstand the stress of grinding tough dried pepper without shedding some of its own metal along with it. A helix-shaped mechanism makes peppercorns wait their turn before being cracked and further ground to your preference, providing a flavourful and uniform grind you can adjust to be coarse or fine. The Isen manual wooden mill is specifically designed to grind long peppers, large pods of star anise, and other larger spices. Every detail has been carefully thought out, such as the delicately-opening hopper as well as the accurate and effective grind adjustment system.
