The special feature of Trattoria cutlery is the weight and tactility of the POM plastic handles which are moulded directly onto the stainless steel. Two stainless steel compression rivets are then added for extra strength. Robert Welch cutlery is dishwasher safe, but to keep your cutlery in the best condition, we do recommend hand washing. Handles may need to be wiped with vegetable oil from time to time. Spoon and fork heads are made from the highest quality 18/10 stainless steel; knife blades are made from finest flat-strip stainless steel.
