Italian homeware distributor Seletti was established in 1964 by Romano Seletti in the small town of Cicognara. He travelled extensively in the Far East with international business expert Luigi Goglio, which gave him the knowledge he needed to successfully import products such as bamboo, tableware and traditional Chinese cloths. In the 1990s Romano&rsquo;s son Stefano took the helm, evolving the distribution systems, marketing strategy and communications. He expanded productivity in the Far East, and started using new materials on an industrial scale. The Seletti brand is recognised all over the world for its unique collections from young artists, which push the boundaries of modern design.
